Searching for the right voiceover talent for your animation project?
Are you in need of an animation voice actor you can trust to give your character a voice?
A unique voice that’s fun and naturally relatable for Children’s Media?
An authentic Black female character voice actor with a playful sound for all ages?
If you need a versatile voice actor, backed by pro experience in kids media, storytelling with a message, and English language dubbing, you’re in the right place.
I’ve worked across major children’s entertainment studios and global animated series for broadcast, streaming, and kids platforms.
My voice blends range, humor, and heart, with an acting style that brings animation characters to life in a way that feels honest, not exaggerated for the sake of it.
My animation voice acting range includes:
Realistic Kid Voices (Boys, Girls, and Gender‑Neutral Characters)
- Tween, Teenager, and YA Voices
Warm, Quirky, and Relatable Adults
Supportive & Comedic Ensemble Characters
Villains, Heroes, and Unique Ingénues
- Custom Performance for Animation, Anime, and Dubbing
I specialize in character-driven animation for children’s and family content, bringing grounded, emotionally authentic performances across global animated series, independent animation, and English-language dubbing
I believe every character is rooted in something real! Because even in animation, the most memorable characters are the ones audiences recognize a little bit of themselves in.

I’m a NYC Voice Actor who specializes in content for young audiences.
- Preschool Animation
- Kids Adventure Series
- YA Animation (Drama & Comedy)
- Edutainment /Educational Media
- ADR / Animation Dubbing (English)
As an actor and session singer, I’ve worked on many children’s media projects since I was a teen, collaborating with and trusted by major kids entertainment companies like Nickelodeon and The Jim Henson Company to newer projects with companies like Wildbrain and Mattel. I also use my years of experience as a facilitator, mentor, and teaching artist to create kid-credible characters that truly connect with kids and teens.
Of course, cartoons certainly aren’t just for kids, but every animation voiceover project inspires permission to play, and that brings out the inner kid in any voice actor!
I have a versatile voice that complements many animation genres
Animation as an art form covers so many genres from preschool learning to after-school escapism to intense anime or irreverent comedies that resonate with mature audiences. They can be inspiring, emotional, educational, and nostalgic, and for voice actors, it’s a great showcase for unique storytelling and a workout for the imagination!
I appreciate that audiences are seeing more animated projects and cartoon characters that authentically represent their experiences and cultures, and that the recent push for more diversity in voiceover is bringing even more opportunities for unique and exciting new storytelling to the forefront.
Not only does that mean more opportunities for roles for an African American Voice Actress like me, and for creators of underrepresented groups, but I believe that more diverse voices being added to existing shows, or leading the cast of new shows, is what will ultimately lead to us recognizing the common threads that unite us.
Teen & Kid Characters are some of my most popular voiceover requests!
I specialize in realistic teen & kid boy voices, and girl & gender-neutral characters.
Playing adult mentors is also a popular request, easily relatable to my own life.
These skills can be perfect for children’s media and family entertainment, but I love playing edgier characters and villains too!
While much of my work centers on kids & family animation, I also bring the same acting depth, emotional nuance, and versatility to older teen and adult animated series, anime dubbing, and more stylized or dramatic projects.
I will meet project deadlines and deliver the performance you need.
I’m experienced in prelay animation, dubbing, and educational-based children’s media, and I’m open to all genres of character work. I’m fully committed to helping bring each role to life uniquely, not just giving them a “cartoony” sound.
I know Animation is usually not a quick process and can take a lot of patience, time, and flexibility to complete, but it is so exciting to finally see how all the different elements and hard work come together in the end! It’s truly magical.
I’m comfortable taking direction, providing necessary pick-ups, and maintaining character consistency across episodes, seasons, and revisions.
I aim to make collaborating with me easy, productive, and fun!
Some of the fun Animation | Dubbing | Kids Media projects I’ve worked on:

Additional Character Work Experience
Some of the fun animation and kids media voice acting projects I’ve been a part of fall under the umbrella of educational animation and e-learning. You can learn more about some of those projects on my Education & Training page.
Another genre that I love for its imaginative and boundless storytelling is audio drama podcasts. Audiences can create their own visuals in their head while voice actors help add color to listeners’ imaginations with their character work.
I’ve enjoyed playing fun characters, and multiple roles, on many podcast series geared toward kid audiences (on platforms like Pinna) as well as other more grown-up projects that bring back the fun of radio plays from yesteryear.
Podcasts can be just as engaging as cartoons with the right cast and are much easier to listen to on the go whenever you want and wherever you want. It’s entertainment with less screen time but without losing out on fun or drama, and I adapt my character voiceover skills seamlessly to this medium.
Some great children’s podcasts I’ve loved being a part of include, “Grim, Grimmer, Grimmest”, “Quentin & Alfie’s ABC Adventures”, “A to Z Mysteries: Clue Club”, “Season Isle”, “Kyle’s Wild World”, “Discover the Forrest”, “Escape the Marshmallow Dream Forest” as Arlo (A Yes No Audio Original), and “Food Crimes” as Katherine Flambé. It’s great hearing feedback from kids who love a character I play or are fully engrossed in a series I’m in!
There’s no higher compliment than that!
